Margot B. Glasgow SANDEMAN 1922 - 2009
Margot B. Glasgow Sandeman studied at the Glasgow School of Art from 1939-43. In addition to exhibiting widely from 1960, her work is included in a variety of public collections. She also collaborated with Ian Hamilton Finlay on publications and paintings, and was a close friend of Joan Eardley. Typically her work was characterised by its linear quality, as the lines converge to create a visually flowing effect.
